Centrally located in Downtown, L’Atelier is 5 minutes away from 2 major Sky Train stations, and is on the path of several bus routes. This makes it easy for your attendees to arrive at the space via public transport. For those taking a car, we have a partnership with Easy Park across the street! They’ve given our members a special discount code to use, hence saving your attendees some money!
2. Layout Flexibility: Whether it’s a panel discussion event, a workshop, or even just a casual gathering, we can host any event. Our furniture can be easily moved to fit your event needs, and you can bring in your own equipment at no additional charge if you need to. Need help moving the furniture around? Let us know and we’ll sort it out for you!
3. Catering: We’re pretty flexible when it comes to your choice of catering. We have some catering partners that offer our members excellent deals, and we’re open to any catering partner you decide to choose! We also allow alcoholic beverages and music!
4. Flexible Timing: You can have your event any day of the week after 5:30 PM and all day on weekends. We give our event hosts the option of having 24/7 access to our space, which means that you’ll be able to set up the event space at your own convenience. No need to wait for anyone to let you in, you’ll have the access key!
5. Marketing: As our hosts, we like to ensure you have a successful event, as such we market your event across all our marketing platforms, and to our members! Simply let us know that you’d like to be part of our newsletter, and send us your logo. We will then make sure to market your event in our space, and you can even go up on our partnership board. Your success is our success.
