L’Atelier Coworking is located in the heart of Gastown, which means we’ve tried out almost every lunch spot there is! Below are our favourite ones, located a few minutes away from us:

1. Nuba: This lovely Lebanese spot is perfect for a healthy fulfilling platter. Their menu caters to all tastes, and even though they might be a bit above your everyday lunch budget, you are bound to leave full. Nuba is perfect for your everyday business lunch, or even a staff outing. In a hurry? You can order your food and pick it up.
2. Finch Tea House: Feel like a well filled sandwich? Finch is your place to go. This small gem has the best and freshest baguettes, and uses amazing ingredients to create a truly fulfilling sandwich. You can also order online and pick it up! Our advice is to show up early, since the place gets pretty busy and you’d want to avoid a long wait.
3. Meat and Bread: An all time favourite, this place never disappoints. Fast service, quality food, freshly baked bread, and the best soups we’ve tasted, Meat and Bread maintains the highest standards of food quality.
4. La Taqueria: Feel like having a taste of mexico on your lunch break? La Taqueria serves high quality, well priced mexican food that will leave you feeling happily full.  They have a small shop on Hastings, so arrive early to reduce waiting times, trust me, it’s worth it. Of course, Mexican food pairs well with tequila, so you can also take advantage of their happy hour from 3 pm - 6 pm!
5. Field and Social: Field and Social have taken salads to the next level. Their super healthy yet fulfilling menu is full of exotic and fresh bowls that will cater to any taste. Pair your salad with some Kombucha on tap for the ultimate healthy lunch!
